Koorosh Khashayar

Koorosh is a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building businesses, strategic partnerships, and global partner ecosystems across cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, data protection, and managed services.

He is Co-Founder and VP of Business Development at LayeredTrust, an early-stage technology company building trust infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. LayeredTrust enables enterprises to cryptographically verify not only an AI agent’s identity and what it is authorized to do, but who delegated that authority, under what constraints, and whether the agent had the authority to take a specific action at the moment it was requested.

At LayeredTrust, Koorosh leads business development, strategic partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, and the company’s design partner program, working with technology providers and enterprises navigating the emerging challenges of identity, delegation, authorization, and governance in an increasingly agentic world.

Prior to LayeredTrust, Koorosh held senior leadership roles building and scaling global partner organizations and go-to-market strategies for technology companies, including serving as SVP of Global Channel at 11:11 Systems. Over the course of his career, he has built partner ecosystems spanning North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America and has helped organizations transition from direct-led models to scalable, partner-driven growth.

His work in the technology channel has earned him five consecutive CRN Channel Chief recognitions from 2020 through 2024.

Koorosh brings a combination of entrepreneurial thinking, enterprise technology experience, and deep expertise in partnerships and go-to-market strategy. Today, his focus is helping establish the partnerships and market ecosystem required to bring trusted autonomous AI into the enterprise.
